Ma Chicken Mami House - Pasig

Tried the chicken mami and asado siopao and was disappointed. I was expecting something spectacular with regards to the mami since its the establishment's name, instead i got stiff noodles with bland chicken pieces. The asado siopao's dough was a disappointment as well, as their dough sticks to the teeth. :(

Ma's Binondo Mami is a must try. Try it guys. Food is really amazing. Try shanghai rolls as well ???? Eveytime I'm in Pasig or Tiendesitas area I usually drop by Ma's Chicken House. Food is amazing.

This is the best recovery resto for drunk people lols Much cheaper and quiet lols. My partner introduce this resto she just want to impress me lols kidding aside i love their meals. I love their siopao! Kikiam and lumpiang shanghai meal. We always order yhe binondo mami something to make me sweat hehe

My 1st option during late dinner. I recommend the Binondo Mami and the honey cured siopao. My only problem here is, there is no available parking space.

Went solo flight going to this fine place near our Tiendesitas site after training. Been seeing positive reviews regarding this place and have been wanting to try this out. The restaurant was small and can seat roughly 30 in their air conditioned area and another 12 from al fresco. Simple modern feel with some elements of Binondo. Some feel also of North Park as they also own the place. Got: Asado Siopao (Similar taste to North Park but had no fat and loaded from the first bite! Siopao as it should be!) Ma Chicken Mami (One of the best Mami I tried, broth was a bit thick and well balanced taste of chicken and other spices added in the mix. Pros: Mami was great! Siopao was loaded and could not help to take the shot to show as proof. Cons: Menu limited, ideal for quick meals and snacks Place needs some revamping. Overall, the food experience was great and will definitely come back for another mami fix and to try the other options in their menu.
