Just Baked - Paso Robles

I went to this bakery every day during our trip to Paso Robles. The staff are so nice and there are so many types of baked goods sweet and savory as well as espresso style coffees.My faves were the egg cheese toast, ollalaberry scone and ginger cookies. I also liked the quiche which they warmed up in an oven so the crust stayed flakey.Dietary restrictions: They had gluten free options that were tasty.

Just baked is one of the few eateries (inside Paso Market Walk opened a little passed 9am on a Sunday morning. We were looking for breakfast but came by to see what desserts we can pick up on the way home. There were cookies, brownies, rice crispies, lemon bars, apple turnovers, scones, etc. We opted for an oatmeal cookie and a powered lemon bar (last one! which was soo good! The oatmeal cookie we saved for the next day, still soft and fresh. Everything looked so delicious, if I come back I would try their cupcakes too!

Everything I got was so so good!!! I was visiting Paso and stopped by and made sure to stop by the very next day too!!! The flagship cookie is so good!

Stopped in here while checking out the Paso Market. Everything looked so good but I opted for a few mini cupcakes to start my morning. The woman helping me was attentive and kind. I ordered my cupcakes and went outside to enjoy them on the patio area. My favorite was the confetti flavored one. They were so soft and not overly sweet.

Great spot! Desserts are delicious, and they have some great vegan options.Check out the Downtown Paso location! Its a great spot to have some coffee and get some work done on the laptop.Love this place!
