Had my first takeaway from The Great Wall on Sat night, meal deal for two. Absolutely fab. Flavoursome beyond belief. A real treat. And superb value. Spring rolls, 3 full main portions, rice, chips and prawn crackers. More like a meal for 4!! For €26!! Fantastic

I'm disappointed for the second time now. A few months ago, my dish arrived without rice or sauce. Tonight, I waited over an hour, and by the time the three-in-one dishes arrived, they were so overcooked that they could bounce off the wall—absolutely terrible, like rubber. As a local, I don't think I'll be ordering from here again after years of support.

I later called to speak with the manager, explained the situation, and mentioned that they knew my husband as a regular customer. However, the manager seemed indifferent, leading me to feel like my concerns were falling on deaf ears. I left feeling very disappointed with the staff. Perhaps this experience is a blessing in disguise, as it will give us the opportunity to find another takeaway that prioritizes customer service and treats its patrons with more care.
