Torta Lokas Passaic

The tacos and sandwiches we had we very good and the prices are really good. The sandwich I ordered was so filling that I could only eat half. I had the other half for dinner. My friends all raved about the tacos and how good they were. We will be back and try some of the other things on the menu.

This past weekend my family and I went to eat there and when we paid the bill they just do their thing on the screen. Point is they charged us a 20% gratuity fee when it was only 4 people. The receipt shows that 20% gratuity gets charged for parties of 5 or more! On top of that, the cashier who clearly doesn’t know how to do her job because she was on her phone the whole time, didn’t let us know that they were already charging gratuity, so she had my father click more TIP on top of that 20%. That is way too much for the type of service they give. I most definitely will not walk in to eat there anymore. The decent thing to do is advise customers that tip is being charged. TRAIN YOUR CASHIERS BETTER

Not sure how this place can be tagged as since it seems pretty pricey for the food quality. Chilaquiles were 15 but I tasted better ones for lower price in other Mexican Restaurants nearby. Juice was 8 for normal size cup but it tasted fresh, as good as you would get in trendy Juice Bars, so I was fine that.I would probably order again from here but not as my 1st choice
