Hot Head Burritos - Pataskala

Food was great as always, at each location. The reason why there's not 5 stars is because the lady who made my fiance's bowl skimped him on everything, as where the guy who made mine, gave me a heaping bowl.

Came at 9:30pm. Couldn 't get the burrito Toasted as advertised because they already cleaned the machine. Made our order to go and when told we were eating in, attitude was felt. Mop bucket was in the line to order. Said I wanted #7 and when it didn 't get lettuce on it I was told it gets what you want . Horrible service for ok food.

The food is good, but there are no vegetable based proteins. I believe this is true at any hot head, not just the pataskala. One time an employee told someone they wouldn’t get them fish because it took too long to cook. Today I got a burrito and they forgot the rice. Majority of the time they are fine, but I feel as though their slip ups are big ones.

This Pataskala Hot Heads is absolute trash! Would leave 0 stars if I could. Burnt pieces from the grill in my food so I couldn't chew it and I had to throw it away, 2 young girls working were absolutely rude for no reason, terrible customer service. No wonder this location was dead compared to Zanesville, let kids run it with attitude problems and see the store fail. I had an $80 order and the rude employee refused my money although there was no signage posted what bills they take. They were then drinking and eating right next to the open food which is a health code violation. Not recommending this location!!
