Wendy's - Pataskala

I placed an online order and asked my husband to pick it up. Unfortunately, he mistakenly told the staff that I had called it in. They quickly figured out the confusion and confirmed it was indeed an online order. He called me, and I then contacted the store for clarification. The woman I spoke with was very polite and helpful. Every item in my order was 100% accurate, and everything was fresh and warm! A big thank you to the woman who noticed the mistake and ensured everything was corrected. We will definitely be ordering from this place again!

I just had the best drive-thru experience ever... Definitely the best of the year! Sierra was excellent! She ensured that all needed items (Ketchup-Caro for Pommes, spoon hot sauce for chili, napkins etc.) were included and even went so far that our burgers were specially packaged so that they were not mixed! The food was super fresh hot and our order was right! As an employee of the food industry itself, it was so refreshing to experience all the additional care details... even at the end of its 16-hour shift! Thank you. Sierra! You're amazing!

I dine here at least once a week. The service is consistently quick, and the staff is always very friendly.

The natural lemonade is fantastic, and the service is excellent. We can't wait to come back for another visit!

I want to take this opportunity to give my compliments to this particular location. It’s obvious they are short staffed and for the few people who are working today I want to complement them on working as fast as they could and being as courteous as possible. I’m a little disappointed that the dining room is not open but considering the circumstances, I understand.
