Papa John's Pizza - Paterson

The manager/owner is a great guy! The staff is wonderful as well. Every time I call I get treated with the utmost respect and also they offer great promos. My favorite pizza spot. Customer Service great food is why I come here! #cleancut

Took over 1 hour to get here but the delivery driver did apologize and the food was excellent.

Had a huge problem with my delivery driver. Not only was it well over an hour and a half after making an online order that my wife went there and asked about our order, one of the workers claimed that it was out for delivery so my wife came home. 40 minutes later still NOTHING!! I called more times than I can count and no one picked up the phone i eventually decided to god there myself and apparently my order was never sent out bc it was just packaged as I was arriving there! I was fuming!!!! After speaking with the manager (seemed like a decent dude) he told me my next order will be on the house. In the end the pizza was as good as always so only for that and my next order being free am I giving them 4 stars!

I take my family to this place many times a year! This is my favorite place to to have a good dinner. I go to this spot many times. The meals are fantastic, the team is friendly and the prices are reasonable. I like eating in this place for a decent lunch.
