The Pioneer Woman Mercantile - Pawhuska

I called to place an order but discovered there’s no phone in the kitchen area to take calls. I needed someone from Pawhuska Hospital to pick up my order. I ordered a loaded baked potato, but what I received was just a plain baked potato with neither butter nor sour cream. I tried calling multiple times, but the line was busy, and eventually, I got a recording saying they couldn’t take my call at the moment before it hung up. This isn't my first time ordering from this place, and I’m not impressed with either the service or the food. There seem to be too many mistakes every time I order.

During our visit on July 1st, I ordered the chicken pot pie and spent the entire meal trying to determine whether or not I liked it, as I couldn't quite place the unusual flavor. Our waitress inquired with the chef, who mentioned that it contained white wine. However, we don't drink or cook with wine, and we've never come across a pot pie recipe that called for it, nor have we seen Ree use it in her recipes. Overall, our party wasn't particularly impressed, and we don't think we'll be bringing any guests to this restaurant.

Called to place a call in order was told have to come in to place a to go order because no phone in kitchen area for call ins. Sent someone from the Pawhuska hospital to get a to go order. I ordered a LOADED BAKE POTATOE. You sent a baked potatoe with no butter, sour cream or anything just a potatoe. tried calling several times and a recording stating there is no on to take your call at this time and then it hangs up. This is not the first time I have ordered from here and I am not impressed with the service or the food. Too many mistakes every time.

My daughter I went out of our way to visit your Merchantile. It was enjoyable....SO MUCH STUFF!! I bought a timer for baking in the oven. When I got home..it wouldn 't ding.. Is there a chance I could get my back?? It was 20.00 This was in jube..of this year.

Ate there on 3/3/2021 the food was awful. First it was cold when served, they remade it still lukewarm the second time. I took two bites of an expensive meal that wasn’t worth it. My husbands order was at least hot, but he complained the whole time how his dish was not very good. That coming from a man who’ll eat anything. I have eaten there before and the food was much better on those visits. I should say they weren’t terribly busy so that wasn’t a factor in the food quality.
