Local Eat Drink Celebrate

This is a MUST STOP! The food is AMAZING. The atmosphere is gorgeous.... old South Carolinian bricks, beams, mantels. So beautiful! Great music. Local artwork. The staff is so friendly! Great craft beer selection and bourbon. A peach cobbler that is worth the 20 minute wait! We had the hot chicken sandwich and the crab cakes. Phenomenal! Was brought here for my birthday dinner and it did NOT disappoint. Our server Beatrice was really nice and super helpful. We had the duck confit taco appetizer for the table and I split a cute loaf entree with my mom; both were outstanding! My grandmother had the shrimp and oyster basket and was also very impressed, and she's always picky with seafood. Definitely recommended if you're looking for something a little fancier but not intimidating. I wish I had a chance to grab

What a cool spot in the middle of 20+ shops. Our server, Amanda, was a gem. Ask for her and you will get outstanding, friendly service. We both had the fantastic brined, pickled and fried chicken breast sandwich. The hot sauce was great and all served on a homemade bun. I wrinkled my nose when I heard the sandwiches came with chips, but boy was I wrong. These tasty little homemade waffle chips were great! Waffles are delicious! They were a little smaller than expected but we would order them again. Server was great. Live music was good but we were seated at a large table in a bump out room and the sound system varied and got very loud (couldn?t have a convo) at times. The kids meals were quality meals and reasonably priced. The homemade chips were loved by all children and adults. We had Mac N Cheese, and Fried Shrimp. **** Mary was great with awesome pickled fixins.

The staff at Local is awesome! Always top notch service! We enjoy snacks, lunches, happy hour, dinner and brunch! Love the local art and local music! The daily specials are wonderful! We normally try them all and are never disappointed! Highly recommend this restaurant! We love eating, drinking and celebrating at LOCAL! Ps.....we enjoy the large bottles of water you leave on the tables! Keep rocking it LOCAL! We love you!
