Wendy's - Pawtucket

The driver threw menu and lights were burnt out and it was very dark. I couldn’t tell if it was closed so pulled up the first window and I let her know and she literally told me I had to go back around to order because she couldn’t take my order at the window ? so I called the manager how I’m supposed to order at a broken down microphone!!!

ALWAYS check your food, don't hurry away from the window. They always miss something.Unfortunately delivery cannot check your food, so food order arrives wrong, 100% of the time.They will not answer the phone when you call.So disappointing.

Too many kids working in this Wendy no adults in charge . Very bad attitude .

This place is disgusting. Nothing has been cleaned in weeks. The bathroom especially.

I ordered two junior bacon cheeseburgers with no tomato and no lettuce. I only wanted cheese and light mayonnaise. When I got home I had lettuce and tomato on both burgers to my dismay. The young lady didn't even look my way when she was handing me my food. I had trouble getting the bag from her because she wasn't looking at me because she was complaining about something to one of her co workers.I also ordered a side Cheddar cheese which I paid for and when I left it was not in the bag so I had to turn around to ask for the cheese they forgot. When I got home is when I noticed that they made my burgers wrong. ? I suggest don't forget to check your food when you get it at takeout
