Írjon visszajelzéstWhile in the drive-thru waiting to place our order, the girl with the headset asked me to wait a minute. She was speaking on her headset to someone inside and saying that a customer before me was being difficult-that she asked her if she wanted extra creamer, and she said no, then changed her mind. In all my visits to CFA, I’ve never been made to wait while an employee complained about a customer. In fact, this is the first CFA experience I’ve ever had where I have heard an employee complain at all.After receiving our order, my daughter sorted it as I drove. Once we got to our next stop, I opened my chicken strips and was shocked at their size and their poor quality. I have never received food like this at CFA before.CFA service is typically fast and positive and I’ve never received such meager portions from a CFA before. Perhaps this one was just having an off day.
Yet again, I pay $15 for breakfast for 2 and don’t get any of my sauces when I was assured they were in the bag. This food is just not good enough to eat without a sauce.
Just like all the rest. at least the company is able to maintain the same quality across the countys and
I come to this location approximately 3 times a week . I came through the drive through yesterday and had a very awful experience ! The young lady taking my order had a very very nasty and unpleasant attitude and when it was time to give me my change back she just through the coins in my hand . I will not be coming back to this location I called the manager on duty and He acted very nonchalant about the incident if your African American I promise you will not get the tip top customer service as the others and I can strongly say this from experience . I will not be coming back I’ll go somewhere where my business is appreciated !
The chicken sandwiches are very plain for what you pay.
