Firehouse Subs Westpark Walk

I ordered an order from the door. The order was confirmed and prepared. The door panel told me that they were there to pick up my order and the store canceled my order!!!! I waited for an hour to cancel my order. I thought Tordash canceled the order, but it was the store. Furious is an understatement. If you do not have the items, cancel the order immediately. Do not cancel the order when the driver reaches the remnants for pickup! Without explanation.

The staff was very nice and they made my food very fast. The only downside is the beverage machine were temporarily out of service.

The only positive to this review is the blonde cashier. She was super sweet and friendly. The food itself was horrible! When we received our food my sandwich was rubbery and full of long pieces of fat meat and it clearly wasn't cooked all the way through. Also we didn't receive pickles and when I went to ask if they still serve pickles with meals you would have thought I was speaking a foreign language because the guy that appears to be a manager asked me several questions just for me to get a pickle. He wasn't very friendly and not once said a simple sorry about that but instead looked at me like I just cost him a thousand dollar loss for a pickle. We were able to get a replacement sub since we dined in but had we picked up and not checked it I would have been out of money and out of luck. This is not the first negative experience but I chose to not post the first time and give them the benefit of the doubt. I definitely will NOT be visiting this particular location again. PS. I see you do a copy and paste response to reviews so no need to do that here because I will not be back and your blanket response will not change my mind.

This place is excellent I've eaten there twice now and it's been excellent both times they made my sandwich exactly like I asked it was hot and it only took a few minutes to get to me I give this place 5 stars all way around good experience nothing was lacking check out the killer photo of that killer sandwich

Came in the night of 2/12 and it was about 8:30. The cashier was fantastic! Super friendly and she went above and beyond during my visit. The food was great and came out quickly. I'd say it was the best experience I've had at any firehouse subs
