Jersey Mike's Subs - Peachtree City

Every time I've visited this restaurant, I've experienced nothing but poor service, and the atmosphere leaves much to be desired. I've officially decided to take my business elsewhere. The staff seems impatient and unable to complete one task before moving on to the next. I almost walked out and left my sandwich behind because I felt completely unwelcome.

Where should I begin? The service was awful. I could tell right away that the employees were not doing their jobs properly. When I asked for a few toppings on my hot sub after the girl had already wrapped it, she just said to listen next time. It’s really challenging to make requests when they’re not considered during the ordering process. I understand they had some online orders to handle, but the service I received makes me think I’ll spend my money elsewhere in the future.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic. There was a young woman with short curls and a large hat who was particularly hard to understand. I struggled to hear her because of her mask, which made things worse when she started assembling my sandwich. I asked for light vinegar, but she ended up putting way too much on it. At one point, a man interrupted our interaction—clearly, he noticed the communication issues—because she had stopped talking. He ended up cutting my sandwich and wrapping it up. As for the sandwich itself, it was comparable to Jersey Mike's but of lesser quality, especially with the excess vinegar. Overall, the employees could benefit from improving their customer service skills and adopting a friendlier, more welcoming attitude when interacting with customers.

I ordered in the app and twice they made the order wrong. the second was the worst than the first. I asked oil and edgy on the side and they had nothing on the sandwich, no cheese, no tomato, no wobble. but they managed to put oil and edgy on what makes it sogggy on the trip to home.

Restaurant is clean, employees are friendly, but, my orders have not been correct recently. Two days ago I placed an online order, I requested turkey a sandwich with cheese on 1/2 sandwich and pickles on the side. Cheese was on the whole sandwich an no pickles on the side. Two days ago my order was called in for a turkey with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles and oil. No tomatoes, no pickles and something besides oil, sandwich had a different taste, maybe vinegar. If they can get your order correct, their sandwiches are great!
