Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I’ve been waiting in line for 20 minutes and have only moved up one car! They are incredibly slow, especially on Sundays when even Chick-fil-A is closed. You’d think the owner would take that into account when scheduling staff! This is the worst!

The level of professionalism at this restaurant is lacking. We waited outside for 35 minutes, only to reach the counter to order and be told they were closed. Keep in mind that there was a long line, and it was only 10:01. They need to improve their service.

Always good, chicken strips/fingers are hot and fresh. They do a good job here, just wish they'd open the dining room.

They can't figure out how a drive through works. If one person is in the restaurant you're waiting 20 minutes just to order. It's absolutely pathetic how the drive through is operated.
