Really pleasantly surprised. Our first visit but will not be the last. Enjoyed every bite of smoked eggplant app. Pork tenderloin, and salmon. The naan bread was great along with all the different sauces served for dipping and mixing with the rice. It was quiet on Saturday for early dinner and felt we had the place mostly to ourselves. This will definitely change as more continue to catch on. Finally, our server, Sarah, made the experience exceptional. She is fantastic. Exact amount of attention without too much and we had everything we needed. She knows answers to all your questions about the menu and gave excellent suggestions.Trust Sarah Be back soon and often. I had an exceptional dining experience at Dibar. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting and cozy. The service was top notch; the staff was attentive and friendly throughout the meal. Now, onto the food it was a culinary delight! I started with the kashk bademjan , which was bursting with flavors and set the tone for the meal. For the main course, I ordered the beef kobide kabab, and it exceeded my expectations. The presentation was artful, and every bite was a delicious journey for my taste buds. To top it off, the dessert, chocolate mousse cake with Hot tea , was the perfect sweet ending to the meal. The portions were just right, leaving me satisfied but not overly full. Overall, Dibar is a gem in the culinary scene. Whether it’s a special occasion or a casual night out, I highly recommend this restaurant. The combination of excellent service, a welcoming atmosphere, and outstanding food makes it a must visit. I can’t wait to return for another memorable dining experience!
