Buffalo Wild Wings - Pearl City

This restaurant has always been one of my favorites. I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings, and the experience was great. Our waitress was very attentive; she promptly refilled our drinks as soon as our water glasses were empty. However, the issue we faced was that our food arrived at different times. It seemed to come out only after everyone at the table had finished their orders, so we ended up eating at different intervals. I wonder if anyone has mentioned how typical bar restaurant service usually operates?

The food is quite good, and the service is excellent. However, there are times when it feels like the staff could be more proactive in promoting the restaurant (Pearl Highlands).

The food at this BWW is good. Everything in Hawaii tends to taste a bit different from what you'd find on the mainland, which is to be expected. Not everything can be as fresh as it would be there. When we visited on a Sunday night, it wasn't too crowded, but I hear it can get quite busy with long wait times. The parking situation always seems to be full no matter the time of day, but I usually manage to find a spot not too far from the restaurant.

My first visit, after everything I heard, made me disappoint. our food was in order, but it did not come out at the same time and we were told it is the new owner policy to bring only the food on the table as it is made. I asked to talk to the manager, and she was very nice and explained the policy, and let us know that she was short with the worker. overall was a decent experience and eating well.

It’s been a long time since I visited B dubs. The brisket burger was off the chain! I thought for one second that was the flag ship of b dubs. Nachos were good. The wings though... dry. Quite disappointed honestly, like, I’d rather go to wing stop. We had to wait for 18 minutes before we could get our order. The servers were great though. Very debatable if we would come back.
