Dunkin' - Pearl City

I have two points to mention: First, I was hoping to get pumpkin mini donuts, but they were out—though I understand that can happen, so I won't hold it against them. Second, I noticed that the surfaces in the ordering area could use a more regular cleaning. They looked rather worn today. With all the emphasis on cleanliness, it's essential to maintain high standards in that area. Overall, it's a great place!

During my last two visits, I was unable to get what I wanted due to the coffee machine and oven being out of order. However, the staff consistently maintain a positive attitude and are very friendly. I’m pleased to say that the coffee machine and oven were both working perfectly today.

I enjoyed the drive-thru experience here. I was able to order what I wanted, even though I wasn't sure what everyone else would like. One of the employees was really helpful and encouraged me to ask about the menu options. Thanks to that, I could choose what I needed, and I was excited to try the variety pack of donut holes and munchkins!
