Chili's Grill Bar Pearland

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious with generous portion sizes. However, we had a mixed experience with the service. Our main waitress was great, but we noticed a lack of attention from some other staff members. It was frustrating to constantly have to flag down other employees for things like drink refills and the check. Overall, we still enjoy coming here when we have a good waitress, but the inconsistent service can be a downside. We also had to wait a while for someone to take our drink order. Overall, I would give this place 4 stars.

Decided to take advantage of the trick or treat night at Chili's. The staff was amazing from the servers, hostesses, food runners, that manager Jennifer I commend for having a great team. The FOOD was really really good! Very fresh flavor just allaround was so good. Whoever was cooking really had it down. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely drive from League Cityto Pearland for the better food and staff!

Have always liked Chili's as just a casual spot to go for an easy, quick meal. I have stuck to usually ordering their chicken crispers. Glad to see they seem to have gone back to their old supplier with bigger pieces and the original batter. They'veadded street corn as an option which was very good. Service was quick and friendly and restaurant was clean.

The food quality has been declining with each visit. The burger I ordered had a small amount of mayo, almost as if they forgot to add more. It also appeared to be smashed and misshapen. I ordered a large lemonade and they gave me four large cups instead, which was quite inconvenient. The only reason I am not rating this restaurant as 1 star is because their potato soup is truly delicious.

I have ordered the 10oz steak dinner for delivery twice now, and both times it was cooked perfectly (medium-rare). The chefs seem to consider travel time, as the steak was still delicious. I will only order steak from this place in the future, as it never disappoints. This meal was also for my birthday, and I was very pleased with it.
