Chipotle Mexican Grill - Pearland

I placed a mobile order for three quesadillas, picked them up, and when I got home and opened the bag, I discovered burritos instead. I thought, "Alright, they're filled with cheese and meat and grilled—this should be good." However, when I bit into them, I realized they only contained meat with very little cheese. I wanted to call and complain but couldn't reach anyone. The best customer service could offer me online were BOGO vouchers.

We really enjoy Chipotle, but the quality of the shells at this location is disappointing.

The restaurant is cozy, and most tables were occupied. The food met our expectations and was delicious. Overall, I would rate it 5/5!

We took my daughter with her friends to celebrate her birthday. The service was quick and efficient a thousand times better than the Chipotle on 518 and 288. The food was delicious! (We went out our way to go to this place because the 518/288 location is so slow and inefficient. This site had less than half of the employees there, but they worked more than twice as fast.

Every table inside the restaurant was dirty as was the drink counter.. There were no napkins. The trash cans were all full. The first person in the serving line seemed to have a one word limit to his responses. Never did he smile while we were there. The second person in the serving line was cleaning the counter with gloves on then attempted to touch the cheese for my tacos with the same gloves. She was willing to change the gloves when I pointed it out but should I have had to?
