Imperial Hunan - Pearland

I visited this fantastic restaurant and was warmly welcomed by a young man and a woman. The young man introduced himself as Abihnav, and the young lady was Kaitlyn. They provided excellent service and treated us with kindness. The food was delicious, and I definitely plan to return!

This is a great local spot for Chinese-Japanese cuisine. While the standard dishes could use some improvement, their sushi is flavorful and unique! If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a visit.

**The Food:** This is the best Chinese chicken roasted rice I've ever had in Houston. The chicken was perfectly cooked—so tender and not at all fibrous. **The Service:** The waitress was friendly and incredibly attentive to our needs. **The Ambiance:** The restaurant was very clean and provided a lovely setting for a romantic dinner. **Prices:** The prices were quite reasonable. For a family of four, we were able to have four main dishes and an appetizer for under $45. This will definitely be our new favorite Chinese restaurant in Houston. It was a fantastic experience!

We ordered a Sakura Roll that is not on the menu and was suggested by the Sushi Cook. Really a work of art and so delicious. The role has salmon, yellow tail, tuna, crab and each piece of sushi was packed individually and then wrapped together and fried deeply. The ginger was made into a rose and the leaves were washhabi. Surrounded by seasoned Mayo and Eelsoße. The service was top-notch! We're definitely going back.
