Moreno's Grill Mexican - Pearland

I ordered takeout and had a great experience. The waiter who assisted me was incredibly pleasant and even offered me a drink while I waited for my food. I decided to sit at the bar and ordered a drink there. The bartenders were very attentive, ensuring that my drink was just the way I liked it. To my delight, my food was ready even before I finished my drink! Thank you, Moreno's, for a relaxing takeout experience!

I only managed to eat half of my chicken before I discovered it was undercooked. The waitress acknowledged this, but when I spoke to the manager, he insisted it was fine and refused to remove the charge for the dish from the bill. I was charged the full price. I was so turned off that I couldn’t even finish the rest of my meal. I've never experienced such terrible customer service or indifference from management. I’m genuinely worried that I might get sick from the food. Rating: 1/5.

I dined in for the first time today, and the experience started off on a positive note with prompt seating and the arrival of chips and salsa right away. However, after we placed our order, we found ourselves waiting… and waiting. At least 45 minutes passed, during which we went through our fourth basket of chips. Finally, we inquired about our order, and the manager simply mentioned, “Oh, we’re short-staffed in the kitchen.” Our food finally arrived after nearly 50 minutes, but it was disappointing. The chicken breast was dry, the rice lacked flavor, and the chile relleno was smothered in a tomato sauce, which was not what I had expected from the menu description. Overall, the food was mediocre, and the experience hasn’t left me wanting to return.

Food and beverage were both excellent. Reasonable prices. Wife loved her michelada. We really enjoyed this place. Highly recommended!

Visiting family and enjoyed breakfast here ordered menudo and the Barbacoa plate these were good servings and good food. Great atmosphere, service was awesome, very clean establishment. Hope to come again and enjoy more. Keep up the great work.?Food: 4/5
