Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Pearland

The food and customer service at this restaurant are terrible. The manager was seen dropping chicken on the counter before putting it in customers' orders. The workers drive recklessly through the parking lot and almost run you over in their rush to deliver orders on time, even though they are already running behind. This location is unacceptable. I recommend going to a different restaurant instead. The manager and employees here are awful.

I will never return to this restaurant! I ordered BBQ wings but received sweet and spicy instead. When I went back to politely inform them of the mistake, the manager insisted that the sauce I received was BBQ. The main difference between the two sauces is that the sweet and spicy has red flakes to make it hotter. My advice to the manager is to simply correct the customer's order instead of arguing with them. I took photos that clearly show the red flakes in the sauce. It was disappointing because I really enjoyed those wings.

The person that originally took the order, was rude. Her supervisor made up for her.

I went to this location on Thursday December 14th right before 7p. The young boy who was taking attitudes needs another job. He was super rude and had no customer service. He continued to say I can't hear you and had a horrible attitude then when I said I'm sorry you can't hear me he said God bless sarcastically trying to shut me up.. I've called this location twice and no one answers I will be filing a complaint! If your headsets are broke get another one but don't take it out on the customer like we not speaking up and it's your headset not working!!
