Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

The restaurant was clean and not very busy, but our food took longer than expected to arrive. The burgers were just okay—nothing impressive and not served hot. The chicken tenders were as expected, and the kids enjoyed them. However, the grilled chicken salad was disappointing; it came with a brown avocado and a small, dry piece of chicken. The server removed the avocado with a napkin right in front of me and returned with a new piece, but it was extremely hard and inedible. When I requested more chicken and offered to pay extra, the server became defensive and hurried away. I give 5 stars for cleanliness, but overall, the experience was quite poor, and I do not plan to return. This was our least favorite dining experience.

The burgers were good, but the customer service left much to be desired. The young lady who served us was friendly, but the wait for service was excessively long. Even after we paid through the tablet, we found ourselves waiting a long time for takeout boxes because no one came by to assist us.

The food here is fantastic! I ordered the fish and chips, and they were excellent. The fried pickles were pretty good too. However, the evening took a turn when a creepy cockroach appeared on the wall. Thankfully, the waiter quickly grabbed a towel and managed to catch it.
