Subway - Pearland

The restaurant is nice, clean, and spacious. While the well drink machine was located outside, there were other bottled beverages available. The customer service was satisfactory. I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.

I recently visited this restaurant and had a mixed experience. While the health department assessment indicated they have a good variety of vegetables for sandwiches, the staff could use more training. Unfortunately, I didn’t find anyone to be friendly or welcoming. The cashiers seemed unsure of how to operate the register, were not very communicative, and I didn't even receive my drink cup.

Although there was a long wait, the hostess was able to secure us a table.

How is it that you sell catering if you never answer the phone. And the app is the worst for ordering catering.

It was horrible customer service at all. I would like to give 0, as I can. Rude cashier. Not even say sorry to us. Our sandwich was cold and not toasted at all. When I tried to return, cashier just said: I putted to the toaster, you see that! . But it was cold and cheese wasn 't melt at all.
