Subway - Pearland

I just left this location and it took over 30 minutes to prepare two foot-long sandwiches. I'm not sure what happened, but the service was really disappointing this time. Normally, it's decent, but this was the worst experience I've had. I even lost my appetite waiting. I think I’ll drive a bit further to a different Subway next time. Food rating: 1/5.

Worst Subway ever! Bread was flat and not done. Filthy store.

I came to the one on Dixie at 9:15 and the DOORS WERE LOCKED. You close at 10pm not 9pm. Just because you don't have customers doesn't mean to close early. I run a restaurant. I know how it works and it's not like that. Yea pre close but cleaning but don't CLOSE THE STORE.

I arrived at 9:15 to the doors being locked, upon entering the manager told me to wait because she didn’t have the computer up and running. After waiting they started my order, asking for a toasted sub only to realize I had to wait even longer because the toaster oven hadn’t been turned on yet either. After paying I ask for a receipt to get my free cookie survey only to find out their printer was broken. This is seriously the worst location ever. What a joke.

Great place in town for lobster or crab at an unbeatable price. It’s usually packed and lively, but I’ve never had trouble finding a table. The vibe remains consistent most of the time. The host is from Houston, and the staff is attentive and helpful. The atmosphere has a unique mix of themes, blending family-friendly, seafood, and Chinese/Vietnamese influences, which creates an interesting crowd. Parking can be a bit challenging. I definitely recommend checking it out!
