The quality of the potatoes served in my order was disappointing. They were stale, old, and hard. I would advise that for vegetarian dishes, special attention should be paid to the quality of the potatoes used.
This Taco Bell is close to my home, so we tried it out previously. Unfortunately, they get our orders wrong about 80% of the time. Don’t bother with online orders; you’ll likely never receive your food. If they ask you to pull forward and wait for your order, be prepared to wait for 20 minutes and then go inside to pick it up.
That was my worst Taco Bell experience. I went in to place my order, but it took at least 5 minutes to make someone realize I was there. Their focus was on the drive thru. When I finally got my order, the food was cold and there was hardly any meat on my Mexican pizza. I rated my experience 1 star, but if I had given 0, that would be best.
Just got a breakfast crunch wrap and the manager on duty lied about one of the ingredients and tried to charge me for the missing ingredient when I pointed it out. I was refused a manager name and the manager stayed out of sight from the drive thru window. I was there at 9:50am on November 4th, 2022.
