Wendy's - Pearland

Terrible customer service. I went in and the guy behind the register went away. I stood and waited. All employees saw me, but ignored.... After all, a lady... I thought to help, but instead Spanish began to talk to one of the other workers. She finally asked what I wanted. I told her. Then the employees discussed my order (in Spanish). Nobody seemed to know or understand my simple order. So I turned around and went out. First and last visit to this Wendy’s.

I went here last time on an extremely wendy day, i order my food on the app at 11:20 and this place closed at 12, i came to the drive thru and there were two workers inside and they said they were closed, i think the workers just didn’t wanna work so they decided to close early, i was hungry and lost my money bcs i paid thru the app!!!

I went the day after New Years Eve and ordered a #1 medium with soda. Burger and fries was enough to make me full There were 2 ladies that were just working. The restrooms were next door but were not that clean.Food: 4/5

Horrible! Don’t ever come to this Wendy’s. Worker named Angelica was extremely rude for my entire experience. I ordered at the drive thru and at the speaker was rushing me. Mind you all I got was a kids meal for my daughter. After that I get to the window and she grabs my card from me. Tells me to pull off since there was a wait on the nuggets but still haven’t gotten my card back. She throws my card back at me and slams the window in my face. I didn’t want any problems so I pulled ahead. After 15 min I finally got my food. I didn’t get a receipt so I asked Angelica for one. She throw my receipt at me and flicks me off. Terrible terrible place! Don’t come here. Terrible service!

I love coming to this Wendy’s, Donny is so nice and awesome. My order was hot, fresh and out on time.
