Porter House - Pearsall

In the bar, there were two signs: one said "The Bartender is always right" and the other warned "No working during drinking hours." They really meant it, as the waitresses were casually walking around smoking while taking orders. I'm not kidding or exaggerating here. After a 45-minute wait, I finally received what they claimed was steak and shrimp. I asked my smoking waitress for cocktail sauce, and after another 15 minutes, she returned to deliver the disappointing news: they only had ketchup and tartar sauce. Still with me? Good, because you should really avoid this place. I only went because I had no other options. Thank goodness I was alone and not with family. This establishment feels like it belongs on a show like "Restaurant Impossible" or "Bar Rescue." I honestly don't see how they stay in business… Good luck to them!
