Shell - Pecos

Guy named Pancho should be there more if it's his business but every time i go in to make a complaint or ask question he's not and when I do he's extremely rude and dismissive not cool guy

What an amazing town. I was passing through on a 1000 mile motorcycle trip when it started to snow so I took shelter at the Shell station. Brett was so friendly and helpful trying to find me a place to stay the night if the snow continued. Even has to go Mexican food there. I will definitely be back under better circumstances!

The older lady at the counter is extremely rude. I'm pretty sure costumer service is a top priority which she can not handle. Will not be spending my money at this place, maybe when she is replaced indefinitely.

Our vehicle broke down when we were in the Shell station parking lot. The manager helped us find a place to stay until a tow truck could come. She was super nice and very helpful.
