Wendy's - Pelham

Come on! This is ridiculous! Ordered grilled spicy chicken ceasar salad, spicy chicken wrap, and 4 for 4 meal. Wrap left out of the bag. Had to go back through drive thru to get it. Got home, spicy ceasar sald no cheese, no tomato, no nothing but a spicy chicken patty on lettuce. Come on Wendys, it ain't THAT complicated!

The person who took our order at the drive up was very rude and also did not put everything we ordered in our bag. When we told them they got even more rude and refused to give us the rest of our food or even our receipt to make sure we werent charged forthe missing items. We wont be returning to this location. Good luck to anyone who does.

This is the fastest I have ever gotten my food at a fast food place ever. I came in with about 10 others and the time it took for all of us to get our food was about 5 minutes. From the order to get the food took about 30 seconds. And the food was good

What a terrible experience! We arrived at 9:00 and were the only ones in the drive-thru. Not only was I never informed about the total of my bill, but we also had to go to the front window (I got honked at twice because I wasn't far enough forward). We ended up sitting there for over ten minutes waiting for our food. Both orders were incorrect (we didn't realize the second error until we were back on the road). After such a long wait, we didn’t even receive an apology or a thank you. To top it off, the attendant at the window was rude.

The grilled chicken was cooked to perfection; I recommend opting for the ranch dressing instead of the honey mustard.
