This place is absolutely trash the lady told us a 15 minute wait which is expected here , then after twenty minutes went and sat in her car so finally after 35 minutes I went in to check what the problem was and they had me sit here another ten minutes in store to get my food when it was ready it wasn’t even what I ordered 24 kyrystals with no cheese when I ordered cheese and it was ice cold to the touch I told them I want a refund and the lady argued that I had to have a receipt but they didn’t give me one finally they searched the trash and found my receipt so after an hour of trying to order food and eat fast food I just went home and cooked lousy service and absolutely disgusting people and cleanliness will bring this place out of business

My first bad experience was when I went through the drive thru for breakfast and I asked for a Krystal sunrise with chicken. I was told that they can’t do that. What was baffling me was the fact that I ALWAYS ordered this and have gotten it. The person in the drive thru said that I had to either get a Krystal sunrise or a Krystal chik. I left pretty upset. My 2nd bad experience was, I ordered junkyard fries through DoorDash. When I got the order everything seemed fine until I started eating the fries and noticed they put chili with beans on the fries instead of the usual chili. I don’t eat beans so I couldn’t eat the fries! Plusi don’t like the chili with beans taste! Highly disappointed and upset!!!! I spent money on fries that I couldn’t even eatParking: N/a

Never again. Have not eaten at a Krystal in years. Prices have gotten way out of range for quality of food.
