Starbucks - Pell City

Went thru the drive thru today and the Barista who also shares my name Kendall needs a raise. Her charismatic attitude is the best!

Found plastic wrapper IN my drink. Spoke to Amanda and she asked me what I want her to do. I dont want a replacement because let 's be honest, I won 't be back to Pell City Starbucks. The window has painted Please leave us a 5?? review on google. GIVE FIVE STAR SERVICE INSTEAD OF PLASTIC IN PEOPLES DRINK. ????????????

The staff is unprofessional. I have given them 3 chances and customer service is awful. The first time I went there it was overcrowded and waited over an hr for breakfast and a frappe, the 2nd time went inside to buy a mocha frappe but only took cash inside but taking debit card through the drive thru, when asked can she used my card at the drive thru, the rep repeatedly said I had to go through the drive thru, I return back to work. Drive thru sucked. Two identical drinks. One comes with a lid full of whipped topping. One comes with a small dab of whipped topping. The caramel frappe cup wasn't full or mixed with caramel. It was just blended coffee with drizzle on top and bottom. I would not recommend this Starbucks at all.

New location, same stuck up atmosphere. We walked in, employees turned and looked at us and continued doing what they were doing, no one said a single word to us. Three minutes later an employee walked in and they all smiled and said, ?Welcome to Starbucks! Welcome to work!? Stick with the local coffee place! At least you?ll be appreciated!
