Írjon visszajelzéstThe food was good, and the service was decent, so why only 3 stars? Well, there were about 14 of us, and while 12 people received their meals and finished eating, the last 2 hadn't even been served yet. Drinks had to be requested, which was quite surprising. The waitress was very friendly, but she seemed overwhelmed. Desserts were placed in the center of the table, and we were expected to share from the same dish, but the selections varied depending on where you sat. Some enjoyed cheesecake while others had brownie cake. Given the situation, I wouldn’t return with a large group.
The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and the ambiance was enjoyable, but unfortunately, the staff weren't very welcoming. We faced a long wait of 1 hour and 45 minutes despite the restaurant being around 70% empty. There were three hosts at the entrance chatting and joking, and they acknowledged the lengthy wait by suggesting we try other nearby restaurants. It felt like there was no manager present that day, or perhaps not enough staff in the kitchen. I would recommend calling ahead to check for availability to avoid wasting your time.
Excellent service no waiting time during the day. Bathroom extra clean. The taste of the food was better than expected. Drinks were amazing.
Had a reservation for a early dinner. Could only get happy hour prices on the patio or at the bar. Was seated right away hostess was very nice. Ordered lemon drop drinks which were very good and moderately strong one was enough. I also ordered deviled eggs which came out after my food but it was no biggie I still ate them. It was 2 of us but we ordered one dish (Surf Turf) I loved how when it came out they brung 2 plates and had split the steak and mashed potatoes already. The lobster was huge and very well cooked. Steak was a bit bland but it was cooked very good and with the garlic butter Cajun butter added it was superb. Parmesan mashed potatoes were ok. I was super full but I still ate the deviled eggs which was good. Our waitress Marian (I think that?s her name) was extremely courteous and welcoming. Nice calm atmosphere. Will definitely come again.
We love Firebirds in Orlando, where we live, and go specifically for the 10 oz cut of the prime rib. So, while visiting Pembroke Pines, we decided to go since we were driving in late and just wanted comfort food. The server was very attentive and friendly and one of the things I liked about her is that when we sat down I pointed out that we had just driven four hours and so we were really hungry and tired. So she took our appetizer and drink orders immediately and quickly got our order of ranch onion rings out to us which were delicious after a long, traffic filled drive from Orlando. She had also asked us if we wanted the loaf of hot, fresh baked bread, so she had that in the oven and to us ASAP! The prime rib was just as delicious as the Orlando (Mills Ave. location, and so was the fully loaded baked potatoes, which my wife and I think are the best restaurant served version we?ve had. My wife had a nice glass of red wine, 8 oz, that was providing so quickly awesome! We both had a great time. My only comments to the restaurant: 1. Most payment barcodes on receipts when we cash our take Apple Pay. I had to physically type in my name, credit card number etc., in order to check out with the receipt barcode this needs severe improvement! It needs to take auto fill info off an iPhone and also accept Apple Pay. Since the site the barcode brings one to, using iPhone?s native Safari browser, won?t take auto fill info for some reason, it wouldn?t even accept the auto fill credit cards from my Apple Wallet, very annoying having to get the card out and type everything in. So in summary this is the first system I have ever seen like this, so I don?t know if it?s different than the one in Orlando, because I don?t remember having to do this, but regardless every other restaurant I?ve ever been to just does Apple Pay and it?s very easy to you so please work on this. 2. The place we are seated was next to the kitchen in the furthest most booths to there. There is a Bar that runs the length of the booths facing the kitchen, which is attached to the booths, and is about 2 2.5 feet wide. The entire dinner, and I?ll include photos, staff leaned over this bar, and were all a sudden practically in our booth having dinner with us this happened the entire meal and made us uncomfortable. One employee serenaded us with his whistling (In fairness he was just minding his business whistling doing his job, but he didn?t realize that because he was leaning over the bar, he was next to our table directly and the whistling was coming right into our booth . Management needs to stop the practice of servers using this bar to write on their checks (we experienced that , lean over it and talk to other servers (same , hang out there, etc. The funny thing was they all came to that one spot I assume our booth is in the center of the line of booths and it is directly across across from what appears to be where the servers communicate with the kitchen window.
