Hook And Reel - Pembroke Pines

I had a great time in this restaurant. I was there twice (Motherday), which was a quick service. Server was a little distracted, but I understand it was a busy day. My second time was this Sunday, the server we had was amazing and friendly. Food was delicious, I enjoyed it. Prices are high, should they consider a better price for more customers. I would recommend this restaurant at all.

My second time here and it never disappoints. First time one of the managers was our server and she was so kind and helped us decide what to get. This time we had Gary, he was absolutely amazing. We came for my birthday and he honestly made my birthday great. His drink suggestions were great (GET THE BOB MARLEY BUT MAKE SURE TO STIR IT PROBABLY FOR THE BEST TASTE thanks for the advice Gary), he was so friendly and had us laughing the entire time, he was attentive and made sure we were having a great time! The entire staff is great and friendly. 10000/10

My husband and I had lunch here and it was fabulous! We shared the “Make your own combination” (shrimp and scallops . The meal came with a corn on the cob and two potatoes. We also had an appetizer of Hush Puppies and a side of Cajun fries…..all of this was more than enough food for two (probably too much if I’m honest!! we picked the Hook Reel Special blend sauce “Mild” and it was the perfect amount of spice…VERY flavorful! Absolutely would recommend this place !!!

Our waitress was incredibly friendly, and the service was fantastic. As for the food, I can definitely say I will be coming back. We ordered calamari, crabs, BBQ wings, coleslaw, and a shrimp and scallop dish with their special sauce. I wouldn't change a thing! The portions were generous without being overwhelming, and everything we ordered could easily be shared between 2-3 people. The seafood cooking was top-notch. We had 2 pounds of shrimp and a pound of scallops, which came with corn and potatoes. Personally, I thought the potatoes could have been cooked a bit longer. Other than that, everything was excellent. The shrimp were large and juicy, and it’s worth mentioning that the prices are very reasonable. Dinner for two won't break the bank. I absolutely loved this place!
