Subway - Pembroke

They barely served 2 oz of chicken with my rice in a bowl. I said is that all you serve that is not even a portion of needed protein per meal. He says yes by showing me a full spoon of meat very levelled. One piece was sticking out and he removed it. I had to request a double serving as I am training and counting macros I need at least 20g of protein per meal. Just awful. My husband took 12 inch sub. Same thing however he didn't double up on his meat. There was barely any veggies. It was thin . He was still hungry so he had to go buy a piece of pizza. Oh and by the way we are within normal weight ranges and height.

Service not considered allergies. I had to ask to change gloves and I received a big whisper for answer.

I just spoke with Andy the manager at this subway and he was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products he had in the store so for that reason we are buying our 7 platters from that store

This is a shout out of recognition due to the positive experience by way of an employee named Phil. Was a very busy evening tonight at the mall... even though Phil was working alone holding down that sandwich fort despite it all. He was both outgoing positive....a very commendable worker. Your effort was noticed sir GREAT JOB!

Excellent and very friendly service! The lady working was very personable and took care in selecting the best toppings for the sub
