Írjon visszajelzéstI just had my first experience in west winds, and I am really happy to go again! than someone who has previously worked as a server/bartender, I'm a bit picky when it comes to the service. absolutely super service from our server laurie, she was so sweet! chef jon even came to our table to say hello, and to make sure that we enjoy everything. both went out of that to make us so welcome. so great staff! our food was delivered in time and was delicious! recommend this restaurant. many thanks for a nice lunch! Go on!
I wish I could evaluate a 0! terrible food, the worst I've ever eaten, and I only ate it because I'm diabetic and had to eat! the ribs were cold, not fresh or made today, they were hard and I had to chew through 3 bands cartilage! They burned them to heat them again and then smashed a disgusting red paste up. not a sauce, but a paste! the vegetables were blanching and kartoffel tasted strange. too expensive! my man-paid $25 for brain cake and it was literally a cup full in a hamburger take dish. so disgusting and price gouging for disgusting eating. they cost us $75 after delivery and it looks like it was macdonald’s later! they should be ashamed for themselves to serve that eating and the manager did not seem to care, offered us no compensation . will never eat again!
I ordered a late meal for me, my wife and mother son in law for picking up on valleyeats. As soon as I reached the restaurant, I was told that my order went out of the door to another customer. I was quite discouraged by this and was told to contact valleyeats about the order that made me no sense, I can't ask her to get my meal back from another customer, especially during the time of the covid? the server contacted the service itself and solved the problem by creating the order that was estimated. it didn't take long to jump over and was out of the door in 15 minutes. Now that was eating even fantastic, with healthy portions of food in each takeout bin. it was ignorantly spicy, but it was a welcome surprise that I and my wife enjoyed. overall, while the service was rough, it was for and eating was great. I would recommend it, although due to the circumstances that I faced, but also the interior of the restaurant is quite beautiful. if you want to order, I suggest calling the restaurant and doing their order on these wise to possibly dance like I avoid. my experience with this is the only thing that really keeps me from a perfect score. my recommended meals: bbq burger Waffen chicken burger
Overall, the food tasted good for the price. Not your average jalepeno poppers, a little big for me but they still we're good. They were extremely stingy on the onions for my house burger considering I only got lettuce and onions.
I'll start by saying I do not give a 1 star rating unless it was deserved.After sitting down at the restaurant our group was told by the bartender that they were short staffed and that he would have a word with his boss tomorrow about sending the other server home. Clearly it was busier then expected. This was fine with me, I was more then prepared to wait longer due to the restaurant being busier.The server and kitchen staff were not wearing masks, the server had his around his chin.I was never comfortable making an order as the bartender was slamming glasses and clearly angry with how busy it was, which is not okay.While making my friends drink he poured the drink onto our menu (probably didn't even notice because he was in such a rush) and just continued on with his rant.Throughout the night I was asked what kind of drink I wanted, I said hmm as I was thinking for maybe 2 seconds before the server said Your about to lose your chance"When we actually were given the chance to order our food he said Are you getting food? I don't mind if you wait until later ... we came to eat. We ended up ordered something very small to share because we felt like ordering an actual meal wouls be a huge inconvenience. We then went back to our hotel and ordered an actual meal from a local restaurant.Lastly, I tipped the server $3.50 on a $90 bill fornour group. I usually tip 15 20 percent regardless of the service I receive but this service was horrible. When he saw what I tipped he said WOW A tip is earned, and if you treat your customers like they are a huge inconvenience then you do not deserve one. VERY BAD SERVICE=BAD TIPUPDATE: Went back in the morning with our breakfast vouchers from the hotel. The girl the served us was upbeat and super professional, she was wearing a mask. The food was very good. Everything I would expect out of an excellent waitress. I'm changing my review to a 3 star. I wont judge an entire restaurant based on 1 employees actions.
