La Trattoria Italiana - Pender Harbour

What a cute place and the food was fantastic. It’s a farm to table restaurant. The food is incredible. We ordered the wild boar and the special seafood pasta and both were excellent! It was the best food we’ve had so far. The staff were super friendly as well! I’d highly recommend this place.

This restaurant exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend trying the appetizer with wild boar prosciutto if it's available. The seafood in my pasta was incredibly fresh and the wild boar tenderloin in my partner's dish was perfectly charred and smoky. The accompaniments, including the creamy wild mushrooms, were all superb. The house red wine was of great quality and the panna cotta dessert and deconstructed cheesecake were a light and satisfying end to the meal. Despite having a full three-course meal with additional sides and wine, we didn't feel overly full or sick. The atmosphere and service were also fantastic. Definitely worth every penny.

The menu offers delicious classic Italian dishes that are well-prepared. The service is efficient and the food is flavorful. While some items may be pricey, generous portion sizes make up for it. Whether you're looking for a fancy date night or a more casual meal, this hidden gem is definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

What a fantastic surprise From the beautiful gardens to an incredible menu and outstanding staff. I’m nor sure any restaurants in Vancouver could touch this place. Fantastic night
