Mcdonald's - Pendleton

I had a great experience at the McDonald's in Pendleton, Oregon. The service was quick, my order was accurate, and I was able to use the app for payment.

To be fair, I was already in a bit of a bad mood, which made me forget to double-check my order at the speaker. I usually don’t have issues with my orders, so I didn’t think to check more closely. I only realized there was a problem after I'd paid and received my food. The woman at the window seemed new and was a bit confused when I pointed out that one drink was missing. She was polite and kindly gave me the drink for free, which earns her a star in my book. The food itself was also fine—nothing was cold, melted, or soggy, which earns another star. Overall, I wasn't too disappointed, but I was baffled as to why they would make changes to my order without consulting me first. In the end, I just ordered the last missing drink at the register because I didn’t want to leave without it, even though I had to pay for it again.

I work with DoorDash, and I genuinely enjoy picking up orders from this restaurant! The staff is fantastic; no matter how busy they are, they always greet me with a smile. They truly make my job so much easier, and I really appreciate them!

Orderings are double checked to ensure the hot and complete order as well as satisfied customers.

Hot, quick, and courteous. And my fries were full. I feel like places are always trying to only put half the fries in the bag.
