Mcdonald's - Penitas

Meat is almost non-existent. Burgers are more like secret sauce sandwiches. And are not a not a value any longer. Ordering has gotten far too complex. I finally stopped going.

Portions are now cut in half n prices of course are higher. You can eat at regular restaurant now for same price as McDonalds.

It is 6:11 and it’s still not open. This is not acceptable.

Replying to @Faviola Soto: Since a name was mentioned, hi! Cashier Stacy here! I see you still come to our McDonald's despite our “worse service,” and for that, we can’t thank you enough! Respectfully, for future interactions with other employees, let us be polite to one another and not sound well .. demanding and unfriendly. :D The customer-employee interaction is a relationship that goes both ways! FYI, just like any interaction with any person, your attitude and demeanor towards someone will reflect upon their reaction! I'm not trying to justify my actions, but I believe knowing this will help avoid cases like these in the future! Also, with all due respect, I don't appreciate the untrue statement saying I was “talking rude to customers.” Not sure if this post will ever be acknowledged, but if it does, have a great day! :
