Rally's - Penn Hills

The food was very good. Our order was all there when we got it home which is a plus in my book!

Ordered drive thru. The cashier was very animated and nice. Made taking out order pleasant and even told us everything that was on certain items to make sure we wanted it how it came.

Funnel cake fries were hot and delicious and the workers are very friendly and enthusiastic.

I have now been to this Rally's about 8 times since it opened. Not once have I gotten what I ordered. I am done giving it second chances. The burgers are always super sloppy with too much condiments crammed inside making the bun soggy instantly. I am aware that it's fast food, but this is bad even for fast food. Clearly management doesn't care about repeat customers.

A little worn but the burgers are really good and the service is always friendly. Love the banana milkshake.
