Írjon visszajelzéstService was terrible (because someone decided to work) were cold, a menu board worked out of three (possibly visible,) cash only in register, and a collection container for manager asked for $6000. the worst was the collection container. Not what I expected to see when a majority of this country struggle to eat and a fast food for 3 costs $40. in contrast to me to give a bad review, but after numerous bad experiences (missing food at 1/3 of my visit, a drive-thru employee who argues with me about a menu item that he did not exist, even if I was read by menu board and consistently served cold eating at drive-thru. I'm sorry, but I came to expect better control of food and attentive customer service to follow the rising cost of food.
This is the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. The night manager refused to even provide his name when I asked for it. The app didn't work on three consecutive visits, and during the third visit, I wasn't charged the full price. The night manager was completely rude and dismissive about all the issues. I should have re-read the reviews before going again.
I had an awful experience with the customer service here, which is unusual for me to express. The establishment was not clean, and I found insects on my sauce packets. I won’t be returning.
Workers say their milkshake machine is broken or “not doing shakes right now” ALMOST every time. Worked in fast food during high school it’s slang for I don’t feel like doing my job right now so I’m just gonna say it’s broken.
Always understand, it’s a total longshot whether or not you get anything fresh when requested, especially when you know it’s going to be served as it’s been sitting around for hours seemingly, I’m specifically speaking about the chicken fries, I specifically asked for fresh ones because I tried them for the first time about two weeks ago and they were cold rubbery and nasty looking, same thing today even though I requested fresh.I understand it is Burger King, it is fast food, and some people may say I’m overreacting, but for this reason I give it a one star because improvements are needed all over, needless to say all I ordered was two items and I stood in the lobby at the restaurant for about 30 minutes waiting for my order, no joke, just about my entire lunch period Waiting for fresh chicken fries.I see now I can add a photo and will edit this next time I am brave enough to attempt a fresh order again, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask for a fresh food item especially when that simple priceless food item cost six dollars.
