Írjon visszajelzéstWe visited for an early dinner on a Friday night and were seated at the bar right away. The restaurant soon filled up with happy customers, many of whom seemed to be regulars enjoying a meal to unwind after the work week. The stuffed shells were delicious, baked in plenty of sauce and topped with a generous layer of melted mozzarella. For dessert, we had a wonderfully light pumpkin cheesecake. The prices were reasonable, and the bartenders were very attentive. I can’t wait for my next visit!
I recently had Wildflowers II cater an event for my family, and I was thoroughly impressed. The quality and quantity of the food were exceptional! Every dish was incredibly delicious, and Jacqui, the owner, was fantastic in helping me plan a menu that appealed to everyone’s tastes—especially the penne vodka, which was a standout favorite. I’ve also dined at the restaurant itself, and the cooks and staff there are wonderful. It’s a great spot near Pennington Circle, easily accessible right off I-95. Thank you, Jacqui and the entire team, for everything!
I ordered the cocktail shrimp, which was fried in a greasy, bland batter, for $21.99, and I was really disappointed. Although I’ve seen numerous positive reviews, my experiences at this restaurant have been quite unpleasant—I've had bad food twice. During my first visit, I took my entire family and we ordered seven different entrees, and unfortunately, each one was worse than the last. If you decide to visit, I would recommend sticking to the wings and trying their beer—that’s really the only thing worth the money here.
My mom and I stopped here for lunch for the first time. Took us a minute to figure out what door to go into. It kinda had an odd smell inside. We were seated and our waiter came over right away. I ordered the kitchen sink salad. $16.95 seems a lot for a salad, but it was huge! And it did not disappoint every bite had crunchy, sweet, salty and a little heat. Mom ordered the spinach salad. Everything was too big they need to cut into smaller bite sized pieces. The spinach still had stems attached and everything required a knife to be cut. And she needed extra dressing, which our waiter happily gave. Overall, decent place with nice people. Had an outdoor eating area also!
Comfort food is food that you look forward to... an expectation that it will be as good this time as it was the time before, and the time before that. Wildflowers, in Pennington, NJ, is that restaurant. I started going there in 1987 and have always found the quality, flavor, and freshness of their food to be great everytime. Whether the burgers (amazing), the pizza (excellent), the wings (awesome) or the ambiance, Wildflowers delivers comfort food right every time. Dan was our server on this trip. He's been there for around 10 years, and has moved up to manager. Still, we had the great fortune to have him as our server, and he was great! Highest marks for consistency and food done right!
