Golden Corral - Pensacola

Always served hot, fresh, and with a great variety. Here, I've come up with my Dessert Theory: "Almost anything can make a great dessert on a plate."

Every year, no matter where we go on vacation, we always make a point to find a Golden Corral, and it's consistently some of the best food I've ever had. We've even gone out of our way just to dine there!

Love it. Great selection of food. i've ate at several of these restaurants in multiple states and it's pretty much the same thing. they are quite busy and since a lot of people bring kids, it can get a bit messy. that's the hazard of any buffet. i added the lobster tail for $3.99 when they were running that special. it tasted just fine, but was quite small. don't think of it as an entree. they only bring you one, so it's not all the lobster you can eat for an additional $3.99. other than that, i love the place! there is a very large selection of food and i found all of it to be good quality.

I always enjoy visiting this golden corral in particular. Not only is the food pretty good for the price but the employees are nothing but nice. On my particular visit I enjoyed the steak, onion rings, fish, and meatloaf. I also visited the bakery and tried some of their desserts. I am not a huge fan of sugary things but i did have some of the hand dipped ice cream. The young man that works in the bakery, I think his name is Findo, is extremely polite, attentive, and passionate. I will definitely be back to visit soon, and am looking forward to a good time.
