Jersey Mike's Subs - Pensacola

This restaurant often shuts its doors before the advertised closing time of 9:00 PM. I arrived at 8:50 PM to order a sandwich, but the 'open' sign was already off and the doors were locked. If you’re not going to adhere to the posted hours, then what's the point of having them?

Love the subs. Sometimes y’all close before store hours. And I really wish you would either up the portions of meat and tuna on the sandwiches or charge about $1.50 less. Prices are just too high for what you get.thx

Over the last year or two it seems like the service is really fallen off and the quality of there food has gone down. They had a manager back then who made some of the best sandwiches I 'd ever had. However I was going there tonight and it 's about 20 minutes left for closing, but the open sign was off. So I stopped to see if anybody was in there. There was. While sitting in my truck deciding whether I was going to go in or not I watched an employee who was behind the counter vaping and blowing that stuff all over the food. Don 't know that I 'll be going back to this one. Definitely don 't want to pay for somebody 's vape smoke all over a sandwich that I 'm buying. I don 't think that 's Mike 's way .

I’ve been coming here for years — it’s always been clean, they’ve upgraded/updated the store a couple times to keep it modern which is nice, and the same brothers are always working here (I think they’re the owners). They seem like people who know that hard work pays off because they’re always working alongside their employees. The food is consistently good! Love it.
