Have to say the waitress who waited on us was down right rude, unfriendly. Had we had a nice waitresswaiter it would have been a home run!Food DELICIOUS meatloaf out of this world

This was my second visit. The first visit in was very nice. This visit we had good service and poor food quality. The grits in the shrimp and grits were very poor. They were dry and almost inedible. My friend had corn beef hash that was late to the table, potatoes were way undercooked, corn beef was sliced. I would hardly call it hash. Unfortunate as I wanted to impress my friend with some local cuisine

The crab cakes had very little crab meat in them both the Benny and the platter. We didn’t even eat one of the cakes but no one even asked us if anything was wrong with them. The shrimp and grits were extremely dry and tasteless the whole grain “grits” were like dried up oatmeal and the shrimp were dry with some oldbaytype powder on them. With all the great ratings, we were really looking forward to a wonderful Easter Brunch experience.....

It was Easter Sunday we wanted to sit outside but were unsure of the weather so didn’t request outside seating. We sat inside which was nice. Our server Austin was great he kept our beverage glasses full. He gave us plenty of time to decide what we wanted to order. Food was served in a reasonable amount of time as the restaurant was busy. The food was delicious!!! They let us keep our tab open so the kids could play outside. They didn’t rush us to leave ...overall South Market made it a great Easter brunch for our family!!! We will be back!!

GREETED BY SOME NICE GIRLS! SEATED JASON CAME OVER TO TAKE CARE OF US. HE WAS AMAZING! I WOULD ASK FOR HIM AGAIN. LOVE EVERYTHING WE WILL BE BACK
