Papa John's Pizza - Penticton

Kyle went out his way to help with a very bad Skip The Dishes situation. I updated every step and provided alternatives. I know his only pizza, but a good service is so difficult to get today. Cheers.

Ordered for a change from our usual place and it was really good pizza! Will definitely order again.

I ordered 3 pizzas for pick up online tonight, which was 50% off for their special. The total came to 34.95. I then called and changed it to delivery. When the pizzas came the total was over 55$. I called and asked why the cost went up so much and the manager kept telling me the system doesnt recognize when orders are placed online. I asked him to change the order to be 3 pizzas at 50% off plus tax and delivery and I would be happy to pay that. (This is what I ordered online and it had calculated the cost) He said he cant do that and that he cant do anything about the cost going up. When I got frustrated that someone should have mentioned to me on the phone when I called that the cost would be different I would have said no thank you and if your special is 50% off pizzas I think calculating the cost is a pretty easy fix. Anyways, the manager told me im blocked from ordering from them ever again because I got mad. I will no longer order from them. We got pizza tonight, thanks Dominos ?

Ordered pizza here last night, was given a price, was asked for our address, was transferred, was asked for our address again, was told we couldn't get delivery because of staff shortage. We were told we could pickup in 25 minutes and we said great, be there in 25 minutes. We get there in 30 minutes and were told that they didn't make our pizza, but if we wanted to wait 25 minutes they'd have our order ready... Well NO PaPa Johns we will not wait or be back!

I've been here twice now. My wife and I love that 6 cheese pizza. That's not hard to believe, is it? Courteous staff, fairly efficient even though it was a new store and employees still learning, and a great product. Parking can be a little difficult when it's busy at this location, as it shares a parking lot with a number or other retail/restaurants, but not impossible. I've always phoned in my orders, but I see they have a phone app available so that's what I'm going to try for next time.
