Pizza Hut - Penticton

We order from this place 2-3 times per week. we are located half a kilometre outside their delivery zone, which is still in penticton and only 3.1 km from their location. we always tap $20 for delivery, just to drive their drivers....5km on. it will be hit or miss that the driver will agree to deliver for a big top or not. they would think that a loyal customer who orders 2-3 times a week would get a little more customer upgrade. love the pizza, but the mentality of the administration and driver is short-sighted.

So I made a command on the line that I could pay on the line. I live out of the city and wanted to send pizza to my vater to his birthday, but when I came through my order it came to the part of the choice how to pay the payment online was shaved, which means only cash in the hand or machine with the driver. I thought since I didn't choose how to pay the order would not be placed. but the process will be standard to pay the driver. I did not realize that the order was placed and went on to order some elsewhere. low and to see pizza hat shows up in my dad's house with the order I thought I had not placed) my mom refuses the order to not know what went on the line (remember that this is organized from another city online as surprise).) the pizza hat driver took the order friendlyly away. I called the pizza hut right after discovering what had happened to explain and offered to pay via the phone, but the same problem existed, no cc over the phone or on the line? I had a nice chat with the lady, apologized immensely. I promised her next time that I was in town to see my parents that I would stop and do it right. pizzahütte grabbed my slag exceptionally good. you got my two. I'll do it right!

I had no pizza in a dae, I got an email that they were sold for the half, ordered the loaded and a tandoori, both were excellent. up there!

The personal is always friendly and timely. the pan pizzas are always hot and have many toppings. the $10 pizza deal of the day is great. also they have great walk in special Mon-Wed

Put in an order and nothing delivered, nobody to answer phone. Terrible. Too many other great places to ever try here again.
