Popeyes Louisiana Chicken Penticton

Horrible drive thru. Every person in the drive thru is asked to pull to the side to wait. I was told 8 minutes for 3 chicken sandwiches and waited for over 15 minutes and even had to call to ask if it was going to be any time soon. I've given it a few tries thinking it was maybe just a bad day, but this type of experience has been consistently bad. Will not go again.

I was absolutely perplexed by the amalgamation of flavors. They have the chicken, they have the greese, they have the heat. What a pleasureful experience. My heart is full of love.With love, Kolby R.

This Popeyes location was worth the drive! The food was fresh, and they didnt cheap out with the servings. The whole facility was clean. Excellent customer service, very attentive. ? Highly recommend this location.

The spicy chicken is not spicy at all. The person taking the order did not understand our order and we had to keep on repeating.

Went a couple times to try to get a honest opinion. Here it is. Staff and service is always friendly and prompt. But on 3 separate occasions food was undercooked or raw. So terribly disappointed about that. And the atmosphere is very poor every occasion I've gone in an employee was sitting at a table maybe just on a break) or talking definitely about things unrelated to work) to friends or family that were in the establishment and ignoring customers. To the employee's that work hard they were great. But feel lots of employees have no concern for there employment or don't have repercussions or direction to correct the lack of customer satisfaction. And it reflects in the store and extremely on the food. RAW FOOD) For those reasons I recommend you don't visit this restaurant.
