Store clean and complete with all goodies? also friendly and fast service every time I in.

Years ago, I was a regular customer at Tim's. Today, again, reminded me why I rarely stop at Tim's anymore. Arrived at 14:25 and had 5 vehicles in front of me, the next 8 minutes no vehicle moved. I finally get to order and was told that they close in 25 minutes and don't have/sell food anymore.They ask if I want a donut, so I ask for two different donut's, which they both run out already.Why aren't they selling food up to closing time, and then clean up? I understand that a sit-in-Restaurant doesn't wanna take orders for food 30 minutes before closing, but not a fast-food drive-through joint that prepares food on the go.

The coffee is almost undrinkable now. The hot chocolate is watered down.

Had one of their loaded packings yesterday and it was good, but they could write hot on the outside of the packing, so I would know that it was mine

They are always out of everything, even before delivery issues. Constantly getting the orders wrong, not sure if it's a speaker issue, or I don't enunciated clearly.
