Mcdonald's - Peotone

Employee stated “If we ruined the whole meal we would replace it”. I must say when you get home 28 minutes later and find the fries missing. The meal is ruined, it makes for an unpleasant customer experience. It so weird to eat a McDonalds burger with out the fries. I asked the employee I spoke with twice to replace the meal and she stated she could only replace the fries because that was their mistake. Again, a very unpleasant experience over all. However I have called corporate and waiting to hear back from Owner Operator of this franchise. I will update as this unfolds.

As i approached the Peotone exit, the siren song of McDonalds drew me in. Yes, 9nce again i woukd feast upon a Vig Mac and 10pc Nuggets courtesy of the byy oje get ome deal in the mickey Dees app. I arrived amd went inside to find a well kept restauranr and attnetive staff. I was greeted...verified that i was a mobille order. My prser came yo shortly thereafter. The Big Mac was quige tasty...definutely the McDonalds standard...ans i ate a few nuggets but saved the bulk of them for the road.I also had the fortune of meeting THE Elf himself... Mr Will Farrell. Took forever and the outside of the fries were hot, but the inside of some were still

Clean store hence the two stars. No drink refills per owner. The two employees we interacted with were very rude. Like we were an inconvenience to them for standing at the counter waiting to order. The old lady with the filthy shirt should not be customer facing. Who want's to get their food served to them from an employee with a dirty shirt that you can almost see through. Glad this isn't MY McDonalds.

Trash was running over... Truly, every Table was dirty... A shame for an updated store.
